Nia Long (Sasha Monroe)
Nia Long (született Nitara Carlynn Long néven 1970 október 30-án) amerikai színésznő és alkalmi zenei-videóigazgató /rendező. Nia legjobb szerepének a Gagyi mamiban alakított egyedülálló anyát tartja. Brooklynban született. Édespja főiskolai tanár volt,édesanyja művészet tanár és buszvezető. Long szülei 2 éves korában elváltak. Keresztényiskolában tanult, balettozott,jazzt,tornát és színjátszást tanult. Mivel a válás után édesanyjával élt és a sok pénzügyi gond,csak jobban sarkallta Nia vágyát a sikerre.
Massai Z Dorsey volt a párja és van egy fia, Massai Zhivagom,aki 2000 november 26-án született.2001-re tervezték az esküvőt párjával,ám lefújjták az esküvőt és szakítottak. Nia rendezte és jelentette meg Ashanti "Baby" című videoklippjét.
